基于粗糙集和遗传算法的多元二次非线性回归分析模型及应用

摘　要:针对煤与瓦斯突出模式识别是一个非线性、高维数据处理问题，建立了多元二次非线性回归分析的模式识别模型。利用粗糙集属性约简算法对样本数据进行降维处理，再利用降维数据和遗传算法估算出模型系数，通过对测试样本的识别检验，表明基于粗糙集和遗传算法的多元二次非线性回归分析模型具有很高的判别能力，取得和支持向量机回归模型一样的识别效果。

Using rough set attribute reduction algorithm was car- ried out on the sample data dimension reduction,reuse data dimension reduction coefficient and the genetic algorithm to estimate the model, through the recognition of test sample inspection, show that based on rough sets and genetic algorithm of multivariate quadratic nonlinear regression analysis model of high discriminant ability, and support vector machine (SVM) regression model as the recognition effect.
